Jolabokaflod (yo-la-bok-a-flot) is an Icelandic tradition in which books are given as Christmas gifts and opened on Christmas Eve, after which the evening is spent reading the books and eating chocolate!

Come hang out in Sheehan's Corner (second floor) for a casual, cozy read-in! Bring your own book, or borrow one off our shelves, and pour yourself a hot beverage to enjoy while you read. Hot chocolate, tea, and treats will be provided!
