Guided Meditation with Kayla

Join local yoga and meditation teacher, Kayla, for a three-week meditation series using connection with the breath and the body together as a way to help reduce physical tension and stress.

Each class will start with a focus on the breath. There will then be discussion about meditation, each week with a different topic. The rest of class will be spent doing a guided meditation. Classes will all be the same format, with different topics for discussion, including how to meditate, benefits of a regular meditation practice and how to begin and/or maintain a regular meditation practice. All levels of experience are welcome, no prior meditation experience needed! This meditation series is designed for adults 18+.
