Have questions about veterans’ benefits or services? Drop in to get guidance, ask questions, or learn more about the programs available to you and your family. Connect with Chris Thomann, the Town of North Reading Veterans Services Officer, during weekly drop-in hours from 4:30–6:30 PM on Monday evenings in a private space, the Local History Room on the second floor of the library.

The Veterans Services Office assists veterans and their dependents with accessing federal and state benefits, including VA disability claims, healthcare enrollment, Chapter 115 financial assistance, and referrals to community resources. These meetings are intended for brief, supportive conversations, benefits guidance, and resource referrals.
